My yoga approach is a fluid blend of embodied movement, Hatha, and Vinyasa
— weaving together grounding presence, intuitive flow, and breath-led awareness.
We move with intention, guided by both structure and sensation.
Hatha brings steadiness, balance and clarity, while Vinyasa invites dynamic expression and rhythm.
Embodied movement encourages you to listen to your body’s signals, soften into the here and now and explore a practice that supports your individual needs.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a dedicated practitioner, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Together, we listen, move, and remember.
I currently teach on an irregular basis at Pandora Community in Bern, at Pilates Studio in Liestal and at retreats.
