Conscious Mentoring

What is it?

Conscious Mentoring is a holistic coaching that supports you in various areas of your life:

  • Do you feel lost and look for direction?
  • Are there things in your life you’re stuck with and you want to change?
  • Do certain situations keep triggering you or are there personal patterns you want to overcome?
  • Did something happen you don’t know how to deal with?
  • Do you ever feel like you’re holding yourself back and can’t quite reach your full potential?

This is exactly what we look at in a personal session.

You don’t need to face these things by yourself. It can be very powerful to have support with it.

In a safe space where everything is allowed to be, we take the time for what is present in you at the moment. Using various methods that involve both the body and the mind, you will get to know yourself better and gain new access to your inner and outer experience.

By consciously tuning into yourself, you can bring transformation and healing into your life.

Possible topics for a coaching are:

  • Relationships (romantic, friendships, family)
  • Fears, insecurities
  • Limiting beliefs, self-doubt, negative thoughts
  • & much more

Before starting the coaching we will have a little call to check in, answer your questions and see how I can support you with your topic.
